Through the booking form we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence (optional), the experience of interest, your requested dates, the number of guests, whether you need accommodation, and the message you send us.

We do not collect sensitive data through this website and we do not process online payments.

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your request, to send you availability and an offer, and to organise the experience you book.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting the form, and subsequently the performance of the contract between us.

To deliver your request to us we use communication service providers: Resend (email) and a WhatsApp messaging provider.

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep correspondence about requests for as long as needed to organise the experience and to comply with subsequent legal and tax obligations.

You may at any time request the deletion of data that is not required to meet a legal obligation.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
